PRDV Meeting 4-19-2017 PRDV17-052 Zoning/Land Use: CT/TC Intent: To convert an existing hotel into approximately 107 units of 1 bedroom and studio apartments. Internal renovations and minor footprint modifications. The restaurant portion of the hotel will be converted into apartment units. Comments: Zoning: the CT zoning district allows for multifamily residences, defer to Development Review. Development Review: 1. Need to check iwth FDOT to see if current driveway is adequate for residential verses hotel use. Need to see a letter from FDOTshowing consent of existing or list of improvements. 2. Need to check with David Buchheit (W192 CRA) at 407-742-0620 for signage and if there are any incentive programs. 3. Sidewalk connection to W192. 4. Parking: 1 1/2 spaces for 1 bdrm or less and 2 speces per 2 bedrooms or more. 5. Must now meet recreation requirements of 15% 6. Landscaping will need to meet code Building: Check with Fair Housing to see what requirements they may have with the conversion. Process: SDP and any related permits
