Building Permit Deadline – Impact Fee Update

To qualify under current impact fees, all building permit applications must be sufficiently submitted by May 19, 2025. Application sufficiency would include providing all relevant information and required documents at the time of submission. New impact fees will take effect on May 20, 2025. Applications that are not considered sufficient will be subject to the new rates, and may not be processed in time for permit issuance by June 19, 2025. To avoid delays or increased fees, please submit your completed application with all required documents as early as possible.

Please know Osceola County Community Development will never ask for credit card or payment information over the phone.
